A still is shown of the team boarding the plane the next day bound for Munich and there is footage of the crashed plane near Munich airport. Newspaper clippings are shown about the crash and there is footage of the seven players that dies: Roger Burn, Mark Jones, Eddie Coleman, Liam Whelan, David Pegg, Tommy Taylor, Geoff Bent and Duncan Edwards. There are stills of the 100,000 people who lined the streets of Manchester when the bodies returned. Survivors Bobby Charlton, Billy Faulks, Harry Gregg and manager Matt Busby are shown in hospital beds. A clock at Old Trafford recording the date of the crash and a plaque naming the dead are seen. Matt Busby and Jackie Blanchflower, a player who survived but never played football again, are interviewed today about the disaster.
