Synopsis

Presenter Frank Mellor visits the marginal constituency of Bolton East. There are interviews with David Hoggins, a Bolton Town Hall Official, Conservative Agent Alan Carcass, Labour Agent David Dingwall, as well as the three candidates for Bolton East - the Conservative's Roger Baldwin, Labour's David Young and the Liberal Democrat's John Fish. Includes shots of candidates canvassing members of the public in Bolton town centre, Bolton Town Hall, the Conservative's Bolton headquarters and a committee meeting of Labour's Election Team.
