Synopsis

Presenter Frank Mellor looks at the property market in the North West. He visits Owen Oyston estate agents headquarters in Blackpool, where he interviews a manager about the property market currently being depressed due to high interest rates. He then visits Homeline, computer-based estate agent based in Manchester's Corn Exchange, who specialise in introducing buyers to sellers via computer, and a manager there talks about how Homeline differs to traditional estate agents.
