Synopsis

Four separate items each approximately 5 minutes long. The first features fashion students describing how to make fashionable clothes on a budget and we see a fashion show involving the students modelling their own designs. The second is about young men on a six week crash course in mechanics: they are shown fixing a car and talking about how the course has given them experience and skills. The third item features fishermen sea angling in the Merseyside dockland area and they talk about the benefits of fishing there and the types of fish they catch. The fourth item shows a climbing wall and there are shots of young people climbing. The owner describes what to do as a beginner and the presenter has a go at climbing the wall.
