Synopsis

B45/1: A selection of stories and pieces to camera by members of the public. A woman outdoors complains about tax payers having to subsidise services for old age pensioners. A man speaks of Britain's social problems and national apathy at local and national levels. A 61 year old lady lauds the benefits of yoga and demonstrates some yoga positions. There are scenes in Manchester City Centre where a man suggests instant fines for litter louts. A woman in a kitchen speaks of the complacency in today's society that thinks rights should be automatic, not fought for. There are shots of waste ground filled with water and rubbish in Chadderton and a nearby resident implores the Council to do something. 07m18s
