Synopsis

Programme follows John Priestly, Church of England Minister, as he resigns as Minister of St John's Church in Higham, East Lancashire to go to Christ Church in Colne. Priestly is shown teaching physical exercises at the local school in Higham, drinking tea at a Parishoner's house, directing a play in St John's Church and there are general views of Higham. Priestly and his wife Margaret are then shown moving into the vicarage at Colne and his inaugration ceremony is seen at Christ Church. He is seen in a meeting with Church Treasurer Rennie Tate. A priest from the United States is shown talking about his move from New Jersey to East Lancashire (includes Homeground titles at head).
