Synopsis

B607/1: Presenter Frank Mellor goes to the Human Performance Laboratory at Chester College of Higher Education. Mellor interviews Kevin Sykes, Head of the Laboratory, about the fitness screenings they perform. He also interviews Ted Charlsworth, Head of the College's Physical Education teaching department. Various fitness tests are conducted on firemen from Cheshire County Fire Brigade and policemen.
