Synopsis

Features a Youth Training Scheme at Chester Zoo. Presenter Mike Sweeney visits Chester Zoo and interviews some young men on the scheme who are doing maintenance work and animal husbandry. There are shots of them fixing a fence, in the bricklaying and woodwork workshops and feeding camels. There are also brief shots of deer, sealions, yaks, tigers, penguins and horses. The man in charge of the Youth Training Scheme in Chester is interviewed and Sweeney helps Zoo Keeper Manager Michael Cooke feed the sealions.
