Synopsis |
This programme revisits four groups of school pupils, who a year ago won a film-making competition. The films include 'Unemployment can lead to crime' by six pupils from Woodhey High School in Ramsbottom; 'Boredom of youth' by seven pupils from Kingsway School in Gatley, Cheadle; 'Salford' by three girls from Winton High School in Eccles; and 'Transport and the physically-handicapped passenger' by four physically-handicapped boys from Parkland School in Swinton (who criticise facilities for the disabled at Manchester's Piccadilly Station). Extracts are shown from each of the films and the pupils (who have now left school) discuss the issues raised in their films. |
