| A season of bee keeping at the Baytree Bee Project in Harpurhey in Manchester with Kay Phillips and other bee keepers. Beginning in January with general maintenance and checking to see if the bees have survived Winter followed in March with the discovery of a hive that has the disease Nosema which means that hive ! has to be destroyed. Later in the year a swarm of bees have to be recaptured and put back into a hive. Finally the honey is extracted from the frames and put into jars. | |||
