The film opens with scenes from pedal powered go-kart race on Skegness promenade followed by a parade of scouts and a prize giving for the winners. We see the scouts playing on a pebbly beach, having a water fight and travelling on a train. We also see them rock climbing and playing football. We see them at camp eating and in their sleeping bags in a large tent. We see them travelling in cars, with views from the moving vehicles. We then see them climbing Mount Snowden.

A short drama featuring a husband that gives his wife a painting as a birthday present, she then nags him to hang the picture. As he prepares to hang the picture he gets his hand stuck in a jar of nails and has to walk to the local fire brigade station to have it removed. On returning home with a bandaged hand he discovers that his wife has only gone and put the picture up herself!

A short comedy film showing the minor mishaps that befall an unfortunate husband on Friday 13th as he attempts to buy a birthday card and flowers for his irate wife. These mishaps include knocking over a shop display, twice, losing the birthday card and mistakenly entering the Ladies' toilets. After eventually getting another card and picking flowers from the park he returns home only for his wife to chase him down the street because of the cards unfunny message.
