The rest of the film includes another dog gently placing a baby rabbit with own puppies, an blackbird on a windowsill and Martie showing an interest in an owl chick sitting in the hollow of a tree trunk. We see Martie with a gosling on the lawn and a blue tit in its nest. Finally Martie is seen eating from a dish and retrieving objects in the house including shoes and a newspaper for his master.
