Description

Scenes from a carnival and children's road safety training event held at Queen's Park in Burnley. The film begins with speeches from local dignitaries, visitors eating and drinking in the park and children riding bicycles on a scaled-down road layout. More carnival events are shown including an inspection of sea cadets, a dancing display and various races. The film ends with shots of a Punch and Judy show.
