Description |
New firefighter recruits march on the parade ground. An inspection takes place. They demonstrate their skills with firefighting equipment to an audience, retrieve a mannequin from a practice fire in the drill tower, and run to their fire engines. A teacher demonstrates oxygen apparatus to a class of firefighters. Outside, they watch a demonstration and practise cutting through metal. There are shots of pipes at Dingle oil depot and firefighters undertaking hose pipe drills. |
