Description |
Geoffrey and Jane Grime are seen washing the family car and there are views of Blackpool taken from a moving car on the promenade and from a high building behind the Grand Theatre (probably the offices of the West Lancashire Evening Gazette). There are scenes of the two children playing on their tricycles, receiving a visit from their grandparents and out in the countryside with their parents. In the living room at home, José Grime is seen knitting, listening to the radio, smoking and reading Life magazine. Includes views of Geoffrey coming out of Ashford School, a trip to a park with a lake, and the family are seen at and around Hadrian's Wall in Northumberland. Brief scenes of the Knott End Ferry at Fleetwood conclude. |
