Description |
Scenes from the 1974 Congleton Carnival parade including views of various marching bands, accompanied by army vehicles and Carnival Princesses riding on the bonnets of cars. Vintage cars, morris dancers and themed floats are followed by scenes at the carnival site, including a navy helicopter and police motorbikes and horses display. A variety of floats from local businesses and community groups are seen taking part in the Macclesfield Carnival the following year. |
