Description

Film promoting new housing provision in Liverpool, presented by the city's architect, Mr L.H. Keay. After looking at the city's current and proposed 'slum clearance' programme, the film looks at examples of new housing being built, including flats at Gerard Gardens, and the big new housing estate at Speke. Shows the new facilities inside and outside the homes, and Mrs Greaves, a tenant, explains how much easier her life is now.
