Views from a car on a country road, flowers in a garden and views of a lake. After a close up of an ants nest a man swims in a lake and sits by a waterfall. Driving on the Hardknott Pass, the steepest road in England then a young girl bottle feeds a lamb. Scuba divers getting ready then swimming in a lake followed by scenic views of the lakes and a women painting a street scene. A group of hikers in the hills and climbing the Bowder Stone are followed by piglets in a muddy field. After motorcross we see a miniature steam railway carrying many happy passengers followed by a man rock climbing. The film ends with Autumnal scenes with the trees shedding their leaves and pheasants in the long grass.
