Scenes from the 1969 Grimsargh Field Day. There is a procession with dance troupes, a brass band, rose queens, people in fancy dress and floats. At the carnival field on the village green we see a ceremony where the mayor speaks to the crowd and prizes are presented by the Rose Queen. |
