Description |
Follows the process of making a barrel using a variety of traditional and specialist tools at the Burnley workshop of skilled cooper Will Regan. Regan and his colleagues create and shape memel oak staves, join them together and guide them into a barrel shape with the use of truss hoops. With the joints sealed, the barrel head (lid) is prepared and fitted before the completed cask is branded with the name of Massey's brewery. |
