Description |
Christmas scenes at the Russ family home in Sale; 1965. Friends and family sit around the living room watching the children playing with party hats and toys. Includes a shot of the dining room table laid out with food, cutlery and candles. Various members of the family are seen opening their presents - includes shots of a red toy robot, some bathroom scales, a tin toy train, a model car, toiletries and jewellery. Mrs Brookes holds up her new yellow, rope-handled, shopping bag for the camera. The group are also seen standing outside the front of the house holding paper lanterns. |
