Description |
Members of the Young People's Fellowship at Hatherlow devise and star in their own film. Opens with a short comic sketch before the opening titles in which a young boy on the street peers through a window and is scared off by a "lion". A subcommittee then discusses how to make a film that could be shown at club meetings. Each member has a different idea; a spoof tour of Romiley, games and activities at the club, a Frankenstein monster carrying off a girl from a churchyard and a James Bond-style movie featuring a car with special gadgets. The resulting film, a combination of all four ideas, is then shown to club members. |
