Description |
Various dignitaries are seen in the Kingsway tunnel between Liverpool and Wallasey during its construction. Sections of concrete lining for the tunnel are unloaded and fitted into place and there are rostrum views of the work being carried out, and of a civic ceremony inside the tunnel. A small train is seen removing spoil from a service tunnel, and there are views of a ventilation shaft and the tunnel entrance. |
