Description

Film about the construction of a new drainage system for the runway extension at Manchester Airport. The tunnels are dug using the Mechanised Pipe Jacking method. The film includes shots of the airport, of builders and machinary working, the drainage outfall in the Bollin Valley and animated diagrams illustrating the Mechanised Pipe Jacking Method
