Description |
Film documenting the construction of the Tate and Lyle Sugar Silo at Huskisson Dock, Liverpool. A wood and steel framework is filled with concrete to create the huge arches that form the roof of the silo - as each is completed, cranes move the framework along so the next section can be made. Includes views taken from the top of the silo during its construction. |
