Description |
Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, visits Lilleshall Hall in Shropshire on November 23rd 1954. A small crowd gathers, the Duke arrives by car and there is some flash photography. He is seen meeting and talking to his hosts before being shown the sports facilities there. The Duke observes training sessions in football, basketball, tennis and athletics before the film ends with contact details about the centre. |
