Description |
Crowds of people fill the main streets of Chester for the carnival parade, watching a procession of floats and other vehicles, a brass band and a kazoo band, people in fancy dress, including Mahatma Gandhi and Adolf Hitler, a stilt walker and a horde of prancing cheerleaders with pom-poms. After the procession, the crowds mill around and the film moves to the carnival field and the cheerleaders performing. |
