Description |
We see various animals and exotic birds at Chester Zoo, and then we see scenes from Morecambe Beach and a visit to the Winged World Tropical Bird Aviary at Heysham Head. There follow scenes of the Moby Dick Ship fire in Morecambe. Firefighters attempt to put out the blaze and police officers are on the scene. Moving scenery is filmed from a boat on Lake Windermere, we see people enjoying boat trips on the lake. There follow scenes from another fire, this time at the Alhambra Palace Theatre in Morecambe. Firefighters attempt to put out the fire, and then we see the ruins of the building afterwards. |
