Dadge is seen filling the font and the Vicar performs a baptism; a bride and groom arrive at the altar; Mr. Dadge is seen filling in a grave in the churchyard. The Centenary Rose Queen Festival is seen - Mrs Litherland crowns Miss Hilda Brown and presents her with a bible and Miss Joan Bedson retires as Queen. Scenes from the Centenary Garden Fete with dance performances and people relaxing, eating and smoking in the Church garden. |
