Description

A carnival King and Queen and a jester perform for the camera. The King and Queen then travel by barge to the New Pier where they are met and crowned by the Mayor. Views of the procession and carnival follow, featuring bands, floats and morris dancers. The film ends with shots of a procession of soldiers and scenes at an army camp.
