Description |
Scenes from St Thomas' Church Whitsuntide Field Day and Church Garden Fete. The procession is seen passing through the streets of Eccleston. At the Field Day people of all ages enjoy events including an egg and spoon race, running race, sack football, boules, rounders and a tug of war as well as spinning top games, skipping, music and dancing. Following this are scenes of the Church Garden Fete with a speech from Miss Evelyn Pilkington, cakes, drinks and decorations. |
