Description |
A compilation of local footage - a beauty queen is crowned, and girls in bathing costumes dating from 1890-1915 parade around an open-air swimming pool. The beauty queen, runners up, and Miss Salford also glide by. A little boy plays swingball in a suburban back garden, and there is a brief shot of a decorated carnival float. The reel ends with scenes of Speedway racing at Manchester's Belle Vue race track. |
