Description |
Scenes from the reconstruction of the old water mill in Nether Alderley in Cheshire, beginning with a look at other historic buildings in the village. The film then records some of the remedial work done by Dr Cyril Boucher and his colleagues, repairing the old water wheels and resharpening the mill stones, so the water flows through the flumes, and the machinery operates once more, bringing the mill back to life. |
