Description

Archbishop of Liverpool, William Godfrey, blesses Notre Dame secondary school in a procession of clergymen around the building's exterior. The procession enters the school's Assembly hall, where the students were assembled. Students and nuns are seen leaving the school after this. A flying Union Jack is followed by a brief street scene, then clergymen wait to enter St Mary's Lowe House for a Palm Sunday procession. There are close up shots of the church and grotto.
