Description

Student documentary about Penketh United FC, a boys football team in Warrington. It contrasts the work of volunteer manager Paul McDonna with Ray Hall, director of Everton FC's youth academy based at Bellefield, Liverpool in the development of young players. There are scenes from Penketh United's training sessions and from a match against Fife Rangers. Also includes footage of Wayne Rooney scoring goals for Everton.
