Description |
Scenes of the Hodkinson family in their suburban garden and on holiday. Garden scenes include a man laying turf in the front, a woman and boy squeezing onto a sun lounger with their dog and shots of the boy's makeshift tent. The family is seen on holiday visiting Stratford-upon-Avon, Bournemouth (in 1949) and Stonehenge and there are scenes from a caravan holiday in Anglesey in 1951, including shots of Caernarfon Castle. Also features colour footage of the gardens at Lyme Park. |
