Description |
Compilation of racing films; beginning with off-road time trials where the cars are racing over muddy moorland. Close-up shots of drivers and families enjoying picnics at the event. Footage of cars in a village square, then racing through parkland. Next, a rally begins and more long shots of off-road driving and close-ups of timing equipment. A mechanic performs repairs on a broken-down racing vehicle. A large crowd watch a racetrack event. Footage of the finish line at another race where the co-driver leaves the vehicle at the checkpoint in order to perform tasks, including hammering a nail into a plank of wood and threading cotton through the eye of a needle. |
