Description |
Various family holidays in North Wales; 1954-1960. Members of the Edwards family, from Prescot, are seen playing on the beach at Llanbedrog. Includes footage of the family picnicking on the sand dunes, snorkelling and paddling in the sea. They are also seen walking, with relatives, along Otterspool Promenade in Liverpool; 1958. Further scenes include a shot of a woman pegging out some washing and two men riding a scooter (Lambretta?) across a field. Concludes with footage of the family at Hell's Mouth beach, near Abersoch, in 1954. Features various shots of Mr and Mrs Edwards sitting on the beach with their baby daughter. |
