Description

A young boy is invested into the scouts and takes the scout's oath before shaking hands with the leaders. The scouts then raise the flag before getting some food from the tuck shop. A hot air balloon can be seen flying over the campsite. Later some of the scouts go canoeing and swimming in the River Wharfe, they practice how to right an upturned canoe. The film cuts to some scouts cooking sausages over an open fire, eating breakfast and doing the washing up. The scouts and leaders then load up the minibus before departing Grassington.
