Description |
Footage from the two events in Congleton; floats and various local groups are seen processing down a street in Congleton town centre. Floats include depictions of Doctor Who and Playschool, representatives from the Rotary Club and Sale Rugby Club and one from a local pub. Beauty and Rose Queens adorn other floats, and members of the procession include a team of motorcyclists, brass bands, a Chinese dragon and morris dancers. In the 'tournament', fairground rides are viewed, and there are displays by parachutists and the Red Arrows. |
