Description |
Celebrating the 64th Anniversary of the Bollington Methodist Church Sunday School, children exit the church followed by adults and a brass band. Hymns are sung in various locations in the neighbourhood accompanied by the brass band. After the procession and services by the Rev Rutherford Basham of Hanley the congregation exit the church with the reverend talking and posing for the camera. A group of women sit and sew in a garden at the fortnightly sewing meeting. Members of the congregation board a bus to visit Gawsworth New Hall where they are welcomed and enter the hall. |
