Description

Traditional clog-maker John Casson produces a made-to-measure pair of boy's clogs in his workshop. After measuring the boy's feet, Mr Casson is shown using a variety of specialist tools and knives to carve out the wooden clog sole, hammer on the irons, cut the leather uppers to shape and fix them together. The film ends with the smiling boy trying on the finished pair of clogs.
