Description |
The films opens with Marie and Alice walking along a road near a construction site. We see landscape views and snow scenes on Clarke Lane at Kingerley Court. People have fun in the snow and play on sledges. We see scenes from a show jumping event, and there are garden scenes. Alf does the gardening, families sit outside with their babies and children blow bubbles and play with a pet rabbit. We see people out picking blackberries and there are views of Wellington Road Methodist Church in Bollington. There are also shots of an overturned lorry and a road slide at Kerridge Road near Bollington. We see views of Styperstone Pool from the road. A royal event is filmed from the television and we see a royal window display in J Heathcote Butchers, possibly to commemorate the Silver Jubilee. |
