Description |
Two potters, Harold and D Thornton, are shown making a slab pot, decorating it and then firing it in a kiln. Following a shot of a finished slab pot, a pot is designed, and the clay slabs are created. The slabs are joined together one at a time and sealed. There are shots of the assembled pot being embellished, glazed and painted with a design. The film concludes with the slab pot being placed in a kiln alongside other creations, fired, and the finished product being displayed to the camera. |
