Description |
A varied range of footage: scenes of a couple walking along and then driving down an autumnal road; the woman playing with her dog and then the dog begging, playing and sporting a variety of hats; and then scenes on and around Lake Windermere. There are shots of steam trains, of large waves crashing onto Blackpool promenade, footage of the beach and the tower, and then scenes in the Pleasure Beach. There are a series of shots made from the top of Blackpool Tower. Shots of the Fylde coast include cliffs, numerous different boats on the sea, and sand being blown by strong wind from a beach. There is a sequence of historic buildings in Lancaster, a brief scene in Liverpool, shots of dramatic waves and a glimpse of the 1937 Lancashire Royal Tour. |
