Film of a procession led by mayor Haworth (?) from Blackburn cathedral to the Town Hall on June 8th 1969. The procession includes contingents from the towns schools and a pipe band. This is followed by a march past by various bodies including the police and fire service, music is provided by the Salvation Army Band. |
