Various scenes and activities at Lymm Grammar School; 1949-50. Includes footage of staff and pupils filing out of the church on Founders' Day; a group of school girls performing a country dance display at a garden party and sporting scenes of the children competing in various track and field events. Also features close up shots of the Head boys and girls; teachers; governors and new pupils attending the school. Concludes with footage of the 2nd Lymm guides group, parading around a field. Includes the investiture of a new girl guide. |
