Description

Pupils from Lymm Grammar School are seen competing in a cross country run; a boys v girls hockey match; various field and track events and a game of netball. Also features construction work on the new block of classrooms; a boy scout camp; the opening of the new outdoor swimming pool; a skiing holiday and interior shots of a boys woodwork class. Staff and pupils are also seen 'Digging for Victory' in the school grounds. The film concludes with scenes of a camping trip - the children are seen getting off a bus with their camping gear and sleeping bags; pitching the tents; preparing a meal; washing up and clearing away the rubbish.
