Description

The making of one edition of the Guardian, featuring and explaining the various jobs and processes - reporting, editing and sub-editing, the wire room in London transmitting to Manchester, compositing and printing, late news arriving and being inserted. The newspapers are distributed nationally and internationally by road and rail, are delivered to the door by lads on bicycles and read by people in bus queues.
