Description

Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh enters the hall and steps onto the stage [all mute]. He gives a speech in support of the North, Salford and its University. He goes on to say that the University's technological research and development can be of great benefit to British Industry. The speech is intercut with occasional shots of the audience.
